Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Radiological Technologist to join the Computed Tomography team at Sechelt Hospital in Sechelt, BC.

Responsibilities

• Perform special procedure examinations in computed tomography (CT) and radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental policy and procedures and observe safe radiation protection practices.
• Perform duties such as:
  • receive and complete requisitions
  • enter relevant data into the radiology information system
  • prepare examination trays and patients for specific procedures
  • operate computerized imaging equipment including processing and archiving of acquired data and monitor the patient during the procedures and equipment performance
