Job Summary

Support and quote all projects for customers. Support the Enterprise Sales team by providing technical information and product knowledge. Provide a high level of customer service while fulfilling closed bids and quotes. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Manages bids, calling on municipalities, attending openings, promoting products and following up on bid awards. Correlates all cost information within time frame of bid date and time needed by contractors and sales Prepares formal quotations and submittals under the direction of project managers. Enters purchase orders and follow up with customers to ensure orders are filled promptly. Manages RFQ's, checking with purchasing agent/buyer for pending RFQ's and searching internet for new RFQ's.
