Job Description
We are currently seeking recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to lead the quarry team as a Quarry Manager based at our Red Hill Quarry, WA
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Aggregates, this role is a multi-faceted role leading the quarry operations and overseeing the daily management, production, health & safety, operational development, and financial activities.
In your new role, you will be:
Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, business development, and managing costs within budget
