As the Quarry Manager, you'll report to the Country Quarries Operations Manager and take the lead across two sites in the Orange region.
You'll be the go-to leader on safety, compliance, operational performance, and team culture - building strong relationships with your people, internal stakeholders, and the local community. You'll bring commercial insight to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the area.
