Quantum Gate Engineer - R&D for Superconducting QPUs

IQM Finland Oy in Espoo (Finland) or Munich (Germany) is seeking a passionate Quantum Engineer from junior to senior level to advance quantum gate implementations for superconducting processors. You will collaborate with design, fabrication, software and theory teams to push QPU performance and work towards full quantum error correction.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to mentor juniors at the senior level.
