Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join the team for newly awarded projects across various sectors and locations within the UAE.

Role

Post‑Contract Commercial Contract Administration including:

• Re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments
• Monthly Cost Reports
• Variations, contractor claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs
• Nominated Sub‑Contractors, insurances and bonds management
• Attendance of design and commercial meetings

Qualifications

• Previous experience with FIDIC Contracts preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management
• Experience in at least one of the following key sectors: high‑rise office or residential
• Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client background
