Quantity Surveyor – Underground Utilities Budget & Tender

PVH in Singapore invites a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Woodlands. You will prepare cost estimates for underground utilities, develop budgets, and support tendering, procurement, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Working days are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6 PM. Basic salary SGD 4,000–5,000 plus a performance bonus.
