Job Responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, progress claims/payment, VOs & final accounts
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers on quotation and claims certification matters
- Be on top of the budget and expenditure of the projects under your charge
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
- Highly self-motivated individual who is able to work independently
