QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing and material specifications, Prepare and submit the shop drawing & other required documents Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts
Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or a related field Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Candidate with adequate experience may be considered for senior role Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft office tools and AutoCAD
