Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and related documentation
• Assess and certify progress payments to subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders to clients
• Manage and finalize accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience with quantity surveying measurement software is an added advantage
