Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a background working on social housing contracts/schemes? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, social housing contractor who are currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis to oversee projects across the East Midlands & South Yorkshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our social housing contracts, through negotiating with sub contractors and managing costs throughout the schemes.
