Quantity Surveyor / Snr QS

. Responsible for preparation and submission of tenders including quantity take-offs and pricing

. Sourcing for suitable subcontractors and suppliers to support in tender

. Identify items that need technical support from the operation team and liaise with them on temporary work design, execution methodology and planning matters

. Identify discrepancies in BQs, drawings, specifications and put up queries to consultants or clients for clarification

. Analyse subcontractors/suppliers quotations for completeness and negotiate to sharpen tender price

. Prepare monthly report: earned value and projected final contract value (including status of re-measurements and variations)

. Track, record and submit detailed variations claims and close off with clients promptly

. Monitor project completion date(s) and assist project manager in time/cost claims
