Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor (QS) manages all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and according to specifications. Key duties include cost estimation, budgeting, tender, preparation, contract negotiation, material takeoff, progress payment assessment, variation orders and final account settlement Key Responsibilities and Duties: Pre-Contract Services: Cost Planning & Estimation:
Preparing feasibility studies, preliminary cost estimates, and detailed cost plans to ensure budget feasibility. Tendering:
