Quantity Surveyor (Remote)

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s growing team based in Galway. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
 
Responsibilities:

• Performing risk, value management and cost control.
• Responsible for all aspects of cost management on projects.
• Preparing tender and contract documentation.
• Management of the change control process.

 
Requirements:
 

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience.
• Strong experience in preparing valuations, variation management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Irish drivers licence.
