Job Description
Key Responsibilities Support the QS Manager in overseeingpost-contract cost controlling, project budgeting and cash flow forecastingacross construction assignments. Manage administration of main contracts andsubcontracts to enforce full adherence to contractual clauses and legalobligations. Support QS Manager in the assessment, pricingand commercial negotiation of Variation Orders, alongside full lifecyclemanagement of project variations. Compile, audit and certify interim progressclaims, validate supplier/subcontractor invoices and coordinate the wholepayment approval workflow. Draft periodic cost analysis reports, financialforecasts and regular commercial performance updates for internal managementreview. Assist QS Manager with project final accountclosure, encompassing final account negotiation and settlement with clients,subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.
