Quantity Surveyor (Procurement / A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities across all projects, including requesting quotations, performing price comparisons and negotiations, processing purchase orders, and managing related post-award documentation.

• Assist in the development of site budgets for newly awarded projects to ensure project expenditures remain within approved allocations.

• Obtain quotations and market pricing for all trades to update the pricing database, ensuring Requisition of Purchase Order (RPO) rates and future budget rates remain within acceptable limits.

• Secure additional quotations for comparison and verify exclusions in site quotations for RPOs to prevent future additional costs.

• Coordinate and compile updates on trade award status against the master programme in collaboration with site personnel.
