Are you a Rail Quantity Surveyor with experience working on High Speed projects?
Do you have experience working on NEC4 contracts?
Location: New Eltham with sites in London - hybrid working after probation is passed
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum + company car or car allowance circa £5000
Due to growth, my client is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team to manage the commercial aspects of an exclusive 8-year framework as the sole supplier for all building and renewals work on High Speed 1. This is a massive opportunity to join a dedicated team at the very beginning of a landmark project.
Unlike typical maintenance roles, this position is heavily focused on projects, giving you the chance to manage the full lifecycle of schemes valued in the millions.
