Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, cost control, and budget management within the construction industry.
• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for residential, commercial, industrial, etc
• Experience in tendering, contract administration, and project cost monitoring is an advantage.
