Job Description
MMP Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a Social Housing contractor based in Leicestershire. This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible with a salary of £57,000 per annum.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established national maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering services across the Social Housing, Healthcare, Defence, Education, Leisure, Heritage and Commercial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting live social housing maintenance frameworks, planned maintenance programmes, void refurbishments and wider refurbishment projects.
The role is primarily office-based and would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in social housing, maintenance, measured term contracts and Schedule of Rates (SOR) pricing.
