Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Calculation of quantity base on floor plan measurement and site measurements.
• Prepare Quantity Survey Report and Contract Claims.
• To report site work in progress status.
• To coordinate with installer, client’s site personnel and sales team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture/Building Management/Quantity Survey Construction Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge to operate AutoCAD.
• Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work independently and with good attitude.
