Quantity Surveyor II at West African Examinations Council (WAEC)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others:

· Conduct field studies to estimate quantities, cost of materials, time and labour

· Prepare, negotiate and analyse cost of tenders and contract documents

· Prepare reports and analysis of tenders

· Carry out site supervision

· Bid management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants must:

· Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (at least Second Class Lower Division)

· Have a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC professional experience

· Must be a corporate member of NIQS and registered with QSRBN
