Job Description
A well-established specialist facade contractor, based in Derby and part of a wider construction group, is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor. The facades division works exclusively on new-build schemes covering SFS boarding, brick slip cladding, and aluminium and terracotta facade systems. The team of around 22 delivers work nationwide, with a strong pipeline of secured projects across the Midlands, Bristol and Milton Keynes.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a business that promotes from within, values its people and has built a young, ambitious team around a clear set of company values. The QS will report directly to the Commercial Director and mentor a junior QS, taking commercial ownership of significant new-build facade packages with values ranging from £1 million to £20 million.
