Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background and relevant industry qualifications to join our team delivering cladding and facade projects. The role requires excellent commercial awareness, strong reporting skills and the ability to lead procurement activities across multiple work packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of cladding and facade projects, including cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Produce and maintain Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead the procurement process, including tendering, bid analysis, negotiation and subcontract appointment.
