Quantity Surveyor

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source for material prices from subcontractors.
• Keep up-to-date with current market prices of construction materials
• Look for new partnership opportunities with subcontractors.
• Work with Contract Team for the tender of projects.
• Fill up tender contracts.
• Prepare quotations for projects.
• Ad Hoc tasks when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 3 years of experience (construction-related field preferred)
• Tech-savvy

Salary will be dependent on experience and education levels.
