Job Responsibilities:1. Demand FCST analysis and S&OP collaborations with cross-teams for strategy alignment. 2. Long term supply assurance through strategic actions and regular BMS with suppliers. 3. Early involvement in NPI stage to align sourcing strategy and identify NUDD parts and take actions to mitigate supply risks. 4. Drop-in demand support and shortage escalation to drive supply increment to close the gap. 5. Inventory management to reduce excess risk and work out solutions to mitigate MWD. 6. Supplier management and collaborations. 7. Continue to optimize BMS & reports to improve operation efficiency.Job Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of work experience and 3 years in demand / supply management. 2. Work experience in global company and mobile industry are preferred. 3. Familiar with data tooling like excel etc. and VBA/Power BI/UiPath/Python are a plus4. Basic knowledge of Finance, Legal and Compliance.5. Strong communicat...
