Join Qualus as a Senior Protection & Control Engineer and influence the future of power solutions in the Transmission and Distribution Canada division. Drive projects from 12 kV to 500 kV and lead technical teams toward innovation.
In this senior role, you will harness your extensive experience to provide guidance and leadership for engineers and designers, ensuring the delivery of high-voltage systems. Your focus will be on mentoring junior engineers and overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle, from design inception to field inspection and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering of high-voltage substations
• Develop one-lines, schematics, and panel layouts
• Conduct protection coordination and relay settings
• Oversee engineering reviews and field inspections
• Collaborate on project scopes and feasibility studies
