Job Summary

Quality Welding Inspector - Low Side is responsible for the following:

• Inspecting product processes and workmanship: Inspecting product processes at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes examining products for defects or deviations from specifications, processes and using tools like calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure products.
• Perform the final inspection as well as routine inspections on all sections before units are released for shipment. This includes:
  • Ensuring that the certified print and production order agree.
  • Sections are assembled properly according to Engineering specifications.
  • All standard parts in place or with sections.
  • All special parts are correct and with section.
  • Report all rework requested to the appropriate supervisor.
