Quality Technician

A Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product reliability, optimizing performance, and preventing future failures. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and hands‑on practical experience to effectively identify, document and locate failures in an engineering system.

• Perform electrical and physical failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor substrates using a range of analytical tools to identify defect mechanisms and support root‑cause investigations.
• Conduct sample preparation and execute FA workflows, translating findings into actionable insights for quality or engineering teams.
• Hands on experience to operate, maintain, and calibrate FA laboratory equipment, while supporting the development and optimization of analytical techniques and test recipes.
