Job Purpose
The Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and processes comply with Amcor’s quality standards and applicable industry regulations. Through rigorous testing, inspections, audits, and process control, the role ensures customer satisfaction, supports supplier quality, and drives continuous improvement.

Principal Accountabilities
- Investigate internal and external complaints, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
