**Overview**
**Job Title: Quality Systems Engineer**
**Job Location: Torrance, CA**
**Salary: $120,000-$150,000/yr**
We are currently seeking a Quality Systems Engineer at our Torrance, CA location to take a lead role in managing Stellant System’s QMS and ensuring compliance with AS9100.
**Responsibilities**
Corrective Action Management
+ Lead the Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) using 8D, DMAIC, 5Why, Fishbone or equivalent methodologies.
+ Assign, track, and follow up with CAR owners to ensure timely closure and robust containment.
+ Perform verification of effectiveness (VOE) and ensure objective evidence is documented and audit ready.
+ Maintain CAR metrics, aging reports, and trend analyses for leadership review.
Internal Audit Program Ownership
+ Maintain and publish the AS9100 internal audit schedule, ensuring full clause coverage annually.
