Quality Systems Engineer (El Marqués)

Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the quality system to ensure compliance with specific customer standards and requirements in all processes and areas.

• Work in accordance with the security and quality policies.
• Establish the audit program as indicated in the Internal Audit procedure and coordinate its follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with the Layered Process Audit program, report the results monthly, and follow up on the closure of the findings.
• Implement IOS changes for each review (this includes updating local documents affected by integral and regional changes as applicable (global reviews are every 6 months) and keep local documents continuously updated).
• Manage the problem‑solving methodology with the multidisciplinary team for audit findings.
