Job Purpose:
Monitor the safety, legality and quality of all the products produced by the factory ensuring all agreed specifications and standards are met.
Main Duties:
To lead and motivate the QATs team in monitoring and evaluating product and processing systems and factory practices to ensure agreed standards of quality and food safety are achieved. Assisting the Quality Manager in the maintenance of factory-based paperwork. Maintenance of all quality records. Control the issuing, collection and filing away of all factory & QA paperwork Monitor quality systems on factory floor and carry out quality checks as necessary.
