Job DescriptionResponsible for monitoring, supporting and improving manufacturing activities in order to sustain and/or improve the overall quality performance. Responsible as direct customer liaison to lead cross-functional team for quality problem investigation, defect containment, determination of root cause, development and implementation of countermeasures, and follow up to confirm countermeasure effectiveness. Responsible for creation and maintenance of all APQP and PSW process documentation to support and continuously improve all Quality systems.
