Job Description
- Ensure consistent execution of quality inspection and testing activities while driving quality compliance, defect prevention, and continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and effective team supervision.
- Execute and supervise testing, inspection, and quality verification activities to ensure compliance with customer and operational requirements.
- Analyse quality data, defect trends, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality-related issues and improve process performance.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records, reports, audit documentation, and product traceability.
