We are looking for a Quality Sourcing Assurance Specialist to join the Quality Department in the business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.

You will ensure supplier qualification and monitoring, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety standards through audits, performance evaluation, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to manage risks proactively.

* You will manage the supplier homologation process in line with regulations and internal standards
* You will plan and conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions
