Quality Product Specialist – Pharma & Biologics

Proclinical is seeking a Quality Product Associate to oversee the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical and biologic products, collaborating with internal teams and third-party manufacturers to support product transfers and launches in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Zug, Switzerland, the role requires a degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, strong QA operations experience, and excellent communication to manage quality records, CAPAs, and regulatory expectations with diverse stakeholders.
