PrideStaff is currently seeking a Quality Process Tech for a manufacturing company located in Ontario, CA. This is a full-time, contract-to-permanent position with an opportunity to grow.

- 5:00am to 5pm on Alternative work schedule (will send calendar)

- Monitors Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Database and Quality Control (QC) Alerts
- Audits of the Retains filing system and Color Standard Folders
- Performs sample collection and testing for standards compliance
- Audits production paperwork and files as needed
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards
- Investigation of internal and customer issues
- Assist in the monitoring of product quality and food safety to help reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction
