What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Quality Process Analyst for Mobile Operations who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, a general leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking and savings accounts. The QA will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of ensuring the delivery of overall quality for the team or initiative and will implement governance strategies to ensure continued quality output. The role serves as a trusted consultant within the team, imparting knowledge and training other QAs and engineers, tailoring test strategies, and analyzing changes to create and maintain manual testing types while advocating automation opportunities.
