Responsibilities:
Defect analysis
Monitoring of the management of the DCs
Monitoring and implementation of poka-yoke quality controls
Internal firewall coordination
Monitoring and blocking and identification of suspicious or defective material
Attendance at quality daily monitoring meetings
Follows up actions in cases of out-of-specification tests
Start the shift coordinator to stop / start production in case of quality incidents if thinking it is necessary
Train new production contingent workers during induction phase
Qualifications:
Technical FP1, CFGM
