Overview
Performance management and process improvement leadership role for a Power BI development team. The position is based in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Power BI developers responsible for departmental reports.
- Ensure monthly production of departmental performance indicators.
- Develop data processes related to customer quality in line with the latest standards and position them for the future.
- Contribute to establishing the annual departmental budget.
- Act as a business analyst and product owner for process automation initiatives.
- Manage an external data management service provider to support process improvement.
