Description: Our Quality Manager supports Mativ’s Sustainability & Adhesives Solutions Function. This individual is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System and delivery of Customer satisfaction. The location of this role is Windsor, CT and reports to the site Operations Manager, with dotted line to the Segment Quality Leader.
responsibilities: Act as a member of the Windsor site leadership teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality and fostering the Mativ leadership behaviors in support of delivery of site KPIs.
