Quality Manager – 4-Day Working Week Monday to Thursday
Location: Rochford, Essex (Aerospace)
Salary: Up to £50,000
We are recruiting for a Quality Manager with FAIR experience, aerospace experience, and some managerial skills. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, support the team, and juggle changing priorities, including sub-con quotes, FAIR completion, and audits. They will join a team of 2 skilled inspectors to manage.
A specialist manufacturer of high precision metallic and PTFE machine components for the global Aerospace sector.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager on a 4-day working week, reporting into the General Manager.
