Job Description

Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for early-stage quality planning and management of projects, ensuring that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements;
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production departments to drive the achievement of quality objectives;
Participate in the development of quality control processes and supervise their implementation;
Analyze quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills;
Basic understanding of quality management systems; relevant experience is preferred but not required;
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
