Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to PICs to ensure consistently high standards of care and regulatory compliance. Implement and maintain quality assurance systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for governance, compliance, and regulatory developments. Carry out audits across all homes, deliver clear feedback, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions. Review, update, and standardise policies and procedures across the organisation.
