Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control functions. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System. Lead internal and external quality audits. Investigate quality concerns and implement effective corrective and preventative actions. Analyse quality performance and prepare management reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business. Mentor, train, and develop the quality team. Work closely with production and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
