Quality Manager – Construction (Right-First-Time)

Wates Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance on the HMP Hindley construction programme. You will drive Right First Time delivery, develop Project Quality Plans and work with site teams and the supply chain to uphold the highest standards from start to finish.

The role requires experience on complex, regulated environments, MOJ/HMP security clearance, and a strong governance and audit mindset to support handover and continuous improvement across the project.
