- KPI ́s control and administration of: Scrap, PPM, FPY
- Internal and external audits experience
- Internal corrective actions management
- Problem solving methodology (8D ́s, 5 Why ́s, 5 Steps, Ishikawa)
- Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards.
- Monitors the staff and steps involved in production processes.
- Read and interpretation of blueprints and specifications.
- MSA knowledge
- Product and process audits.
- Inspection, test and measure of materials.
- PV Test knowledge
- Good excel skills management (pivot tables, vlookup, trend graphics, paretos)
- Minitab management
