Job Description
Develop the Project Quality Management Policy and Project Quality objectives in co-ordination with the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) Develop the Project Quality Plan based on the Project scope of work and execution strategy and all other relevant Project specific procedures Develop and manage the QA/QC organization, the resource plan and department budget Prepare and implement the Project audit and monitoring program/schedule Prepare and implement QA/QC specifications as an integral requirement of the supplier’s/contractor’s scope of work Establish an improvement dashboard upon auditing/monitoring activities and monitor its effectiveness on a regular basis Provide support to ensure that a Project lessons learned process is implemented Establish Project QA/QC KPI’s and ensure regular performance reporting to key stakeholders Provide regular feedback to the IPMT and key stakeholders, including...
