Join our Quality Testing Lab team where you'll evaluate and test plant samples, primarily focusing on seeds like corn, wheat, soy, and sorghum. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**
+ Count and plant seeds using a counter template, then place them on a wet paper towel and roll them up.
+ Collaborate with another team member to organize seed 'dolls' in racks for growth in dryers or freezers.
+ Rotate between planting and evaluating duties, examining seeds post-growth.
+ Train to identify normal versus abnormal seeds, recording findings on a computer tablet.
+ Maintain high attention to detail while working with six different seed types.
