Collaborating across Product Quality, Customer Quality, and Services Planning, we are passionate about shaping quality processes that impact Cisco’s hardware, software, and cloud services.
**Your Impact**
+ Establish and refine quality processes across new product introduction (NPI), factory, and field sustaining activities to meet dynamic customer expectations.
+ Analyze hardware quality metrics and factory yield performance to support six sigma quality goals.
